Book your date

I recommend you to book your newborn photography session after your 20 week of scan, based on your due date. Let me remind you that the optimal age for a newborn photo shoot is 6-14 days of life.
We will plan the final shooting date after the baby will born. Still, the number of sessions per month is limited, so it is better to make a preliminary reservation.

Studio or home?
Choose where to shoot: at home or in a specialized studio. Please note that most of the shoots take place in my home studio. But if you prefer comfort of your own home, we will bring all special equipment and requisite. Starting with professional lighting to backdrops, props, clothes and accessories etc.

Confidentiality
Please inform me in advance if you are not ready to publish photos in my portfolio and social networks. The published works demonstrate my professional growth and help future parents decide on a photographer. At the same time, I always respect any parent’s opinion and I need to know about it in advance.

Be sure to bring a dummy and a bottle
Prepare dummy and bottle for photoshoot. If you are breastfeeding, try to prepare some breast milk in a bottle. At the moment of posing, when the baby is already on the posing pillow or in the tub, the dummy helps the baby calm down and move from the light sleep phase to deep sleep. Not all children take a dummy and a bottle, and not all mothers are ready to teach their children to do this. Let me note that after a few hours of session, your baby’s eating behaviour will not change, and he will not develop habits that you are not ready for.

Shooting time
Be prepared for the photo session to take 3-5 hours. This time includes changing clothes, hygiene procedures, feeding, preparing locations and the shooting itself. You should not plan a lot of things on the day of the photo shoot, so as not to worry about unresolved matters in case the baby sleeps lightly and the photo shoot takes long. It is important to me that your little one always feels comfortable, therefore you will never feel rushed during your newborn session. The whole process should bring for all of us only joy and positive emotions.
